Fabio Nakamura

Founder & Owner

Fabio Nakamura is the Owner of Brighterside Renovations, a full-service renovation company specializing in both commercial and residential projects. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, he has successfully delivered renovations across restaurants, storage facilities, single-family homes, and multi-family properties.

Prior to founding Brighterside Renovations, Fabio served six years as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor for a large real estate investment and management company overseeing a portfolio of more than 4,500 units across four states. During this time, he identified one of the industry's most persistent challenges: the lack of reliable, skilled general contractors capable of delivering consistent quality and accountability.

After years of personally filling those gaps, he recognized an opportunity to build something better. With comprehensive expertise spanning framing, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting, he founded Brighterside Renovations to provide clients with a dependable, all-in-one renovation solution.

Brighterside Renovations' mission is to work closely with each client to deliver specialized, high-quality services tailored to their specific needs, budgets and timelines. By offering a single point of contact and managing the full renovation scope under one roof, the company simplifies what can otherwise be a stressful and time-consuming process.
